Private Dining Experiences

Choose where you would like to eat and we will build the evening around you. Most guests pick the garden under the old banyan tree, but the terrace at sunset and the candlelit wine cellar are close behind.

Our chef plans a six-course menu around what local farms and fishing boats have brought in that week, and our sommelier pairs each course. You will have your own server for the night, and nobody will rush you.
